During this class we will talk about all the basics of stepping into All Grain using a three container system. We will talk about mashing, sparging and dealing with larger boils. We will also talk about water quality and a little on building all grain kits. We will talk about different types of mashing to include decoction, cereal, and step mashing. We will also give clear definitions. Please note this is a lecture class and we will not do any brewing during the class.
